特色农业发展背景下畜牧专业技能人才培养模式研究

Research on Training Mode of Animal Husbandry Professionals under Background of Characteristic Agriculture Development

以"学工一体、校企融合"思想为指导,在"产、学、研、用"推进教学改革的过程中培养畜牧实用技能人才,在工作岗位和职业发展方面能够胜任工作任务和创新发展,是职业教育培养的最终人才目标。四川省南江县小河职业中学以"巴山土鸡种质资源保护与特色产业开发利用"为载体,以特色课程开发项目为驱动,拓展人才培养类型,科学、创新地设计培养方案,依照职业技能人才培养标准,将培训情境基地化、培训任务工作化、培养目标岗位化、人才培养市场化、专业技能实践化、培育成效考核化,开展以理论学习为基、示范指导为主、企业(返岗)实践为根、以工作任务完成考核化为度的人才培养模式,旨在探索地方中职畜牧实用人才和创新创业人才的培养方式。

Guided by the idea of"integration of work and study and co-culture of college and enterprise",the ultimate goal of vocational education is to cultivate animal husbandry practically skilled talents who can be competent and innovative in job and career development in the process of promoting the teaching reform with"production,learning,research,and application".Taking the"Bashan Free-range Chicken Species Resources Protection and Characteristic Industry Development"as the carrier,Xiaohe Vocational Middle School in Nanjiang driven by the characteristic curriculum development project,has expanded types of training and developed scientific and innovative design training program for talents.In accordance with the standards of vocational skills training,the school builds the training situation into a production base,and turns training tasks into jobs with a targeted training based on position,cultivates market-oriented talents with practically professional skills and finally evaluates the cultivation effectiveness.It develops talent training mode with theoretical study as a basis,demonstration and guidance as a key,enterprise(return to work)practice as a root,and the task-based completion as an assessment,aiming to explore training methods of skilled talents and creative and innovative talents in local-level animal husbandry.
