艾地苯醌对缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症患者疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析艾地苯醌对缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症患者血清炎性因子和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年4月~2018年12月收治的缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症患者80例,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组采用艾地苯醌治疗,对照组采用艾司西酞普兰片治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清炎性因子、血清单胺类递质含量水平及生活质量。结果:治疗前两组血清炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组白介素-23、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组住院患者护士观察量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组住院患者护士观察量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组单胺类递质含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组5-羟吲哚乙酸水平低于对照组,5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用艾地苯醌治疗缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症患者可显著改善患者血清炎性因子、血清单胺类递质含量水平,提高患者生活质量。
