用户视阈下图书类APP的评价指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Book APPs from User’s Perspective

随着移动互联技术的发展和移动终端的普及,移动阅读已成为主要的阅读方式。为提升图书类APP的竞争力,文章利用python语言编制的爬虫工具获取"应用宝"中10个图书类APP的用户评论并进行词频统计,采用层次分析法构建了图书类APP的评价指标体系。结果显示,"原创精品""免费阅读""界面美观""社交功能""出版图书""优质作者""基本功能"等指标较为重要,并提出加强平台资源质量、改进免费阅读模式、优化平台功能和用户界面三方面建议以促进图书类APP发展。

With the development of mobile Internet technology and the popularity of mobile devices,mobile reading has become the main way of reading.In order to improve the market competitiveness of book APPs,this paper uses Python to get the user reviews of 10 book APPs in“Apply Treasure”and make word frequency statistics.Then,it uses analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system of book APPs.The results show that the indicators of“excellent online literature books”“free reading”“visual beauty of interface”“social functions”“publishing books”“high-quality authors”and“basic functions”are more important.We should strengthen the quality of platform resources,improve the free reading mode,optimize platform functions and interfaces to promote the development of book APPs.
