摘要
“互联网+教育”理念的提出,在推动教育信息化变革的同时,也带来了很多教育创新的困惑,尤其是在教师教育创新工作方面存在不少问题,如教师自体观弱化、绝对技术导向、功效观迷失、优质教育资源难以辨别与选择等困惑。“互联网+”时代教师教育创新的出路在于:正确认识“互联网+教育”的本质,树立正确的自体观;正确认识“互联网+”时代技术在教学中的作用,树立正确的技术观;回归教师教育本源,树立正确的功效观;实现“互联网+”时代技术与教师教育创新的充分融合,充分利用大数据分析结果开展教师教育教学工作创新等。
The proposal of the concept“Internet plus Education”not only promotes the reform of educational informatization,but also brings about a lot of confusions about educational innovation.In particular,many problems are found in the educational innovation of teachers,such as teachers’weakened self-concept,absolute technology orientation,lost concept of efficacy and difficulties in identify and select high-quality educational resources.The directions include correctly understanding the essence of“Internet plus education”and establishing a correct self-concept,correctly understanding the role of technology in teaching of the“Internet+”age and setting up a correct view of technology,and returning to the origins of teachers’education and setting up a correct view on performances.These may fully integrate technology and teachers’educational innovation in the“Internet+”age and fully use the analysis results of big data to make innovations of teachers’education and teaching.
