前列腺癌术后患者盆底肌康复锻炼的干预性护理研究

Interventional Nursing Study on Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation after Radical Prostatectomy

目的探讨前列腺癌术后患者盆底肌康复锻炼的干预性护理效果。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月我院行前列腺癌手术治疗术后接受护理干预的患者82例,使用硬币投掷法将患者分为试验组(盆底肌康复锻炼)和对照组(常规护理),每组41例。比较两组护理干预前后健康信念、自我效能、依从性评分、尿失禁发生率以及尿动力学参数指标。结果试验组干预后健康信念、自我效能、依从性评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后尿失禁发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后ICI-Q-SF、1HPrV显著低于对照组,PVLP显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌手术治疗患者术后进行盆底肌康复训练,有助于提升临床治疗效果和治疗依从性,可应用于临床护理。

Objective To explore the interventional nursing effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise after radical prostatectomy.Methods Randomly selected from September 2017 to September 2018,82 patients who underwent nursing intervention after radical prostatectomy in our hospital were divided into experimental group(pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise)and control group according to different rehabilitation methods.(conventional care),41 cases in each group.Health belief scores,self-efficacy scores,compliance scores,urinary control rates,and urodynamic parameters were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Result After the intervention,the self-efficacy score and compliance score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Compared with the prognosis,the urine control rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After the intervention,ICI-Q-SF and 1HPrV were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group.PVLP in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusions The rehabilitation training of pelvic floor muscle after radical surgery for prostate cancer is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect and treatment compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
