摘要
通过扫描电子显微镜及拉曼光谱分析研究了经济型Cr22双相不锈钢在1 050℃空气条件下的高温氧化行为。研究发现,在高温氧化初期氧化增重动力学曲线满足抛物线规律,表现出一定的抗氧化能力,随后发生氧化失稳现象。高温内氧化现象首先在奥氏体基体上层发生,并且穿透氧化膜进入基体是导致氧化失稳的原因。
High-temperature oxidation behavior of economical Cr22 duplex stainless steels(DSSs)has been investigated mainly by scanning electronic microscopy and Raman spectroscopy at 1 050℃in air.The weight gain per unit area is in parabolic relation to oxidation time at the initial oxidation stage,and followed by breakaway oxidation phenomenon.High-temperature internal oxidation phenomenon prefers to occur at and penetrates into the formed oxide film upon austenite phase substrate leading serious breakaway oxidation.
