热电供需矛盾下考虑用户用热方式满意度的峰谷热价决策模型 被引量:3

Peak-to-valley Heat Price Decision Model Considering User’s Satisfaction Degree with Thermal Methods under the Contradiction Between Thermoelectric Supply and Demand

摘要 新能源优先发电环境下,热电联产机组被迫低负荷参与电网调峰,因其热电耦合关系,则会出现低负荷供电导致供热不足的热电供需矛盾。为有效缓解热电供需矛盾,借鉴电力需求侧分时电价方法,提出一种计及热用户用热方式满意度的多目标分时热价决策模型。首先对热负荷曲线聚类,划出峰谷平时段;其次定义了用户用热方式满意度并对价格弹性矩阵进行修正;最后以峰谷差率最小、负荷率最大、用热消耗一次能源成本最小为目标,运用模糊隶属度将多目标转为单目标求解。算例表明,合理制定热价能有效激励用户侧有序用热,降低系统的供热成本,同时考虑不同用热方式满意度能为不同用户实际制定最佳热价时提供理论参考。 With the priority of new energy in the power generation environment,the combined heat and power(CHP)unit is forced to participate in the peak shaving of power grid with low load.Due to its thermoelectric coupling relation,there will be a contradiction between the thermoelectric supply and demand,i.e.,a low-load power supply will lead to insufficient heat supply.To effectively alleviate this contradiction,based on the time-of-use pricing method on the pow?er demand side,a multi-objective time-of-use heat price decision model which takes the user’s satisfaction degree with thermal methods into account is proposed.First,heat load curves are clustered to determine the peak-valley period;second,the user's satisfaction degree with thermal methods is defined and the price elasticity matrix is corrected;final?ly,the minimum peak-to-valley difference,largest load rate,and lowest cost of heat consumption of the primary energy are taken as objectives,and the fuzzy membership is used to transform the multiple objectives into a single one.The re?sults of a numerical example show that a reasonable formulation of heat price can effectively stimulate the orderly heat use on the user side,thus reducing the system’s heat supply cost.At the same time,the consideration of satisfaction de?gree with different thermal methods can provide theoretical reference for different users to formulate the optimal heat price actually.
