摘要
针对风电、光伏等新能源接入对于电网运行的影响,将抽水蓄能电站作为储能系统与新能源系统组成风光抽蓄联合发电系统,提出了基于考虑风光相关性与两级建模结合、求解联合系统优化运行模型的方法。首先,考虑到风力子系统与光伏子系统出力间具有一定的相关性,采用非参数核密度估计法对于联合系统中的风光相关性进行分析;然后,考虑联合系统接入电网前后对于整个电网的影响,建立两级的优化运行数学模型;最后利用算例对联合系统接入对于电网运行情况的影响以及考虑风光相关性对于联合系统中各子系统出力以及联合系统追踪目标功率曲线的影响进行分析。结果表明,考虑风光相关性可提高联合系统新能源利用率、抽蓄电站的工作裕度以及联合系统追踪目标功率曲线的能力。
Aiming at the influences of access of new energies such as wind power and photovoltaic(PV)on power grid operation,a pumped storage power station is used as the energy storage system to form a wind power-PV-pumped stor?age joint power generation system with the new energy system.A method is proposed to solve the optimal operation mod?el of the joint system based on the combination of correlations between wind power and PV and two-level modeling.First,considering the correlations between output from wind power and PV subsystems,the non-parametric kernel den?sity estimation method is used to analyze the correlations between wind power and PV.Then,a two-level mathematical model of optimal operation is built with the consideration of influences of joint system access on the power grid.Finally,based on a numerical example,the influences of joint system access on power grid operation,as well as the influences of correlations between wind power and PV on the output from each subsystem and the tracking of target power curves by the joint system,are analyzed.Results show that the consideration of wind power-PV correlations can improve the new energy utilization rate of the joint system,the working margin of the pumping station,and the joint system’s capa?bility to track target power curves.
