摘要
提出了一种两阶段方法来评估风能出力随机性对电压稳定的影响。第Ⅰ阶段通过随机响应面法,用最小数量的样本评估负荷裕度的近似概率分布;第Ⅱ阶段采用场景筛选方法对危险场景进行筛选并排序。第Ⅰ阶段提供初步信息判断不确定风能注入是否会导致电压崩溃,而第Ⅱ阶段则找出导致电压崩溃的危险场景。考虑随机风能出力的IEEE-24和IEEE-118节点系统验证了所提出两阶段方法是可靠而准确的,它可为系统操作员提供详细而有用的信息。
In this paper,a two-stage method is proposed to assess the influence of stochastic wind power generations on voltage stability.On the first stage,the approximate probabilistic distribution of load margin is assessed with a mini?mum number of samples using the stochastic response surface method,and the preliminary information about whether the uncertainty of wind power injections will lead to voltage collapse is given.On the second stage,severe scenarios are screened and ranked using the scenario screening method,and the dangerous scenarios that will lead to voltage collapse are found.The reliability and accuracy of the proposed two-stage method are verified on IEEE 24-bus and 118-bus sys?tems,which take into account stochastic wind power generations.This novel method can provide detailed and useful in?formation for system operators.
