摘要
针对台风对中国东南沿海地区化工企业造成影响,导致污染扩散,对周边居民生产、生活及重要生态敏感区域造成威胁的问题,基于Na-tech反应链思路,采用模糊分析法和层次分析法,建立化工企业环境风险量化评估模型,对东南沿海某集聚区内5家典型化工企业遭受台风影响下的环境风险进行量化评估。评估结果表明,台风天气下化工企业的环境风险总体呈上升趋势,危险化学品使用与贮存、生产工艺和环境应急处置设施因子是影响化工企业环境风险的关键因子。
Facing the typhoon’s impact on chemical enterprises in the southeastern coastal areas of China,the spread of pollution,which brings the surrounding residents production,life and important ecologically sensitive areas threaten.The quantitative assessment model of environmental risk of chemical enterprises is established to quantitatively assess the environmental risks of five typical chemical enterprises affected by typhoons in a cluster area on the southeast coast,which is based on Na-tech reaction chain thinking,using fuzzy analysis and hierarchical analysis.The evaluation results show that the environmental risk of chemical enterprises on typhoon day is on the rise,and the factors of hazardous chemicals use and storage,production process and environmental emergency disposal facilities are the key factors affecting the environmental risks of chemical enterprises in the bad weather.
