摘要
针对动车高速运行中轮对疲劳失效的问题,在短距离无线传输技术Zigbee的基础上,设计了信号采集模块,信号集中与分析模块、Zigbee无线通信模块等传输模块,用于采集动车轮对受到的压力,通过4G透传模块发送到后台服务器分析处理,最终实现数据通过界面显示。经过模拟实验后结果表明该系统的可行性与可靠性,实现了轮对压力检测的目的。
Aiming at the problem of wheelset fatigue failure in high-speed operation of motor car,based on the short-distance wireless transmission technology Zigbee,the signal acquisition module,signal concentration and analysis module,Zigbee wireless communication module and other transmission modules are designed to collect the moving wheel pairs.The pressure is sent to the background server for analysis and processing through the 4 Gtransparent transmission module,and finally the data is displayed through the interface.After the simulation experiment,the results show the feasibility and reliability of the system,and achieve the purpose of wheel pressure detection.
