摘要
型腔压力是保证产品质量稳定性的重要参考标准,而在注射过程中黏度的变化使生产的制品稳定性极差,通过型腔压力曲线计算并且调节每一模的转压点以及保压压力值,以适应黏度变化带来的影响,保证在产品无缺陷的情况下,提高产品的稳定性。
Cavity pressure was an important reference standard to ensure product quality stability.The viscosity changes during the injection process could make the produced products extremely unstable.The cavity pressure curve was used to calculate and adjust the pressure point and pressure of each mold to adapt the impact of viscosity changes and ensure product stability without defects.
