PP蜂窝板材的超声波焊接工艺参数研究

摘要 简述了聚丙烯(PP)蜂窝板的特点以及制造工艺过程,基于PP蜂窝板制作围板的需要,对其超声波焊接工艺参数进行研究。分析了焊接强度和焊接外观的主要影响因素,选取振幅、焊接压力、熔接时间和延迟时间做正交试验。结果表明,焊接压力对PP蜂窝板的焊接强度影响最大,随着焊接压力的增加,试样的最大破坏拉力表现出先急剧上升后平缓的趋势;其次是振幅、延迟时间和熔接时间,都呈先增加后减少的趋势;探索最佳工艺组合方案为振幅60%、焊接压力0.7 MPa、熔接时间0.7 s、延迟时间0.6 s。最后,利用影像坐标测量仪观察焊缝切面,并分析其焊接过程。论文研究结论对PP蜂窝板这种带有空隙结构板材的超声波焊接具有一定的指导意义。 This paper expounded the characteristics of polypropylene(PP)honeycomb panel as well as the manufacturing process.Based on the need of PP honeycomb panel production coaming,the ultrasonic welding process parameters were studied.The influence factors of welding strength and appearance were analyzed.Amplitude,welding pressure,welding time and delay time were elected for orthogonal test.The results show that the welding pressure has the greatest influence on the welding strength of PP honeycomb plates.With the increase of welding pressure,the maximum destructive tension of samples shows a trend of sharp rise first and then gentle.In addition,amplitude,time delay and welding time,show a first increase and then reduce trend.The optimal technological combination scheme is explored,including 60%amplitude,0.7 MPa welding pressure,0.7 s welding time and 0.6 s delay time.Finally,the section of welding seam is observed by image coordinate measuring instrument,and its welding process is analyzed.The conclusion of this paper has certain guiding significance for ultrasonic welding of PP honeycomb plate with voids.
