基于Moldflow的组合型腔注塑模具成型工艺优化 被引量:10

摘要 以挤牙膏器组合型腔注塑模具为研究对象,运用Moldflow软件进行了填充分析、流道平衡分析、成型窗口分析、冷却分析和保压分析。通过分析和比较,发现并解决了因壁薄而引起的欠注缺陷,实现了组合型腔的流动平衡,获得了合理的成型工艺参数,确定了直流式和隔板式相结合的冷却方案以及保压压力为90 MPa的衰减式保压曲线方案。借助Moldflow软件进行成型工艺分析和优化,能够提前发现可能存在的成型缺陷并获得最佳的注塑成型工艺参数,从而缩短模具开发制造周期,提高企业经济效益。 Taking the injection mold of the combined cavity of toothpaste squeezer as the research object,the Moldflow software was used to carry out fill analysis,runner balance analysis,molding window analysis,cool analysis,and pack analysis.After analysis and comparison,the incomplete filling defect caused by thin wall was found and solved,the flow balance of composite cavity was realized,reasonable molding parameters were obtained,the cooling scheme combining of straight flow and clapboard-type was chosen and the attenuating packing profiles scheme with hold pressure of 90 MPa was recommended.With the help of Moldflow software,molding process analysis and optimization can be carried out to find possible molding defects in advance and obtain the best injection molding process parameters.Thereby the mold development and manufacturing cycle was shortened and the economic benefits of enterprises was improved.
