摘要
以聚苯乙烯为主混合石蜡的复合蜡粉为原料,通过选择性激光烧结技术(SLS),打印出精密熔模铸造所需要的模样,再进行常规铸造,可成功获取相应铸件,经检测符合尺寸要求和精度要求。SLS技术与精密熔模铸造相结合,省去模具研发与制造的过程,缩短生产周期,打破铸件形状和尺寸的限制,节约成本,提高生产效益。
Selective laser sintering(SLS)technology was used to print out the pattern needed by common investment casting with composite wax powder with polystyrene as raw material.Then the relevant casting could be obtained successfully by the conventional investment casting.The castings could satisfy the requirements of size and precision by testing.SLS technology combined with the precision investment casting,which could eliminate the process of mold development and manufacturing,shorten the production cycle,break the restriction of casting shape and size,save cost and improve production efficiency.
