固体润滑剂对丁腈橡胶摩擦磨损和噪声性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用机械共混法添加石墨、二硫化钼(MoS2)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)三种固体润滑剂对丁腈橡胶进行改性。通过力学性能试验和环块摩擦磨损试验研究不同填料比例对丁腈橡胶力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响,并利用振动测试分析系统对比了不同填料比例下改性丁腈橡胶的减振降噪性能。结果表明,固体润滑剂的加入提高了丁腈橡胶的机械强度;在载荷为66 N的干摩擦条件下平均摩擦因数最多降低了34%,体积磨损率最多降低了62%;减振降噪性能也得到增强,添加3 phr石墨、3 phr MoS 2、12phr PTFE时,改性丁腈橡胶的减振降噪性能最好。 The nitrile butadiene rubber was modified by mechanical blending method with graphite,molybdenum disulfide(MoS 2)and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE).The effects of different filler proportions on the mechanical,friction and wear properties were investigated by mechanical test and block-ring friction wear test,respectively.And vibration and noise reduction performance of modified nitrile butadiene rubber with different filler proportions were compared by vibration and noise analysis system.The results show that the mechanical strength of nitrile butadiene rubber is improved by adding solid lubricants.The average coefficient of friction is reduced 34%at most and the volume wear rate is reduced 62%at most under the condition of dry friction at 66 N pressure.Vibration and noise reduction performance is also enhanced,modified nitrile butadiene rubber exhibits the best vibration and noise reduction performance,when 3 phr graphite,3 phr MoS 2 and 12 phr PTFE are added.
