摘要
通过建立含连续梯度的阳极功能层的阳极支撑固体氧化燃料电池力学模型,研究了连续梯度的阳极功能层的引入对阳极支撑固体氧化物燃料电池的力学性能影响。结果表明,阳极层应力随着梯度层厚度的增加而增大,而电解质层和阴极层应力随之减小;同时,梯度指数也影响电池曲率的变化,电池曲率随着梯度指数的增大而减小;此外,本文也探讨了通过引入韦伯统计来预测电池阳极的失效概率。
The continuously graded anode functional layer is introduced in anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)to study its effect on mechanical stability of SOFC.The results show that the stress of the anode layer increases with the increase of the thickness of the gradient layer,while the stress of the electrolyte layer and the cathode layer decreases.In addition,the gradient index can also aflect the change of the curvature of the battery,and the curvature of the battery decreases as the gradient index increases.Also the failure probability of cell anode is discussed by introducing Weibull statistic.
