职业院校技能大赛参赛选手培养机制的探讨与实践——以济源职业技术学院工业分析检验赛项为例

The Exploration and Practice on the Training Mechanism of Contestants in Vocational Student Skills Competition——Taking the Industrial Analysis and Inspection Competition of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College as an example

技能大赛对学生精益求精的工匠精神、精湛的职业技能及综合素质的培养和提升具有重要的推动作用。因此,如何培养职业技能大赛参赛选手是目前职业院校面临的一个重要课题。文章结合济源职业技术学院全国职业技能大赛“工业分析检验”赛项参赛选手培养实践,从制度保障、参赛选手选拔与培养、指导团队建设等方面探索了全国职业技能大赛参赛选手的培养机制,使学生通过“院赛-省赛-国赛”逐级冲刺历练,成长为具备强有竞争力的技能工匠人才,实现“教、学、赛互促”的目标。

The skill competition plays an important role in promoting the cultivation and promotion of the students'craftsmanship,exquisite professional skills and the comprehensive quality.Therefore,how to train the contestants of vocational skills competition is an important topic faced by vocational colleges at present.This paper combines the training practice of the contestants in the industrial analysis and inspection competition of the National Vocational Student Skills Competition of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College,explores the training mechanism of the contestants of the National Vocational Student Skills Competition from the aspects of system guarantee,selection and training of contestants,and guidance team building,in order to make student s grow into highly competitive skilled craftsman through the step-by-step sprint experience of"Academy Competition-Provincial Competition-National Competition"and realize the goal of"mutual promotion of teaching,learning and competition".
