摘要
内蒙古某硫化矿属易选金矿石,金矿石在矿床中的分布可分为三类:金矿物、含金矿物和载金矿物。原矿含金品位为1.58g/t,经试验,确定最佳的磨矿细度、浮选浓度、捕收剂种类及用量等,以保证最佳的浮选条件。捕收剂采用复合黄药T-201和液体药剂WPS-100联合捕收金金属,起泡剂采用2#油。最终综合闭路试验,获得金精矿品位32.25g/t、回收率87.61%,尾矿品位0.2g/t。
A sulfide ore in Inner Mongolia is an easy-to-select gold ore.The gold ore can be divide into gold minerals,gold-bearing minerals and so on in the deposit.Raw ore gold grade is 1.58 g/t.Through the test,the best grinding fineness,flotation concentration,collector type and dosage are determined to ensure the best flotation conditions.The gold metal was collected by compound xanthate t-201 and liquid agent wps-100,and the foaming agent was 2# oil.Finally,the comprehensive closed-circuit test showed that the grade of gold concentrate was 32.25 g/t,the recovery rate was 87.61%,and the grade of tailings was 0.2 g/t.
