摘要
锡冶炼回收率是衡量冶炼厂工艺技术水平和生产管理水平的重要指标,也是影响企业效益的关键因素。对于锡冶炼生产企业,原料费用占比较大,提高冶炼综合回收率,能够提高资源利用率,降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益。简要介绍了锡冶炼的生产流程,就锡冶炼生产工艺中影响锡金属综合回收率的因素进行了分析,提出了提高回收率的措施。
The recovery rate of tin smelting is an important index to measure the technological level and production management level of smelters,and also a key factor to affect the benefit of enterprises.For tin smelting production enterprises,the cost of raw materials is relatively large.Improving the comprehensive recovery rate of smelting can improve the utilization rate of resources,reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit of enterprises.This paper briefly introduces the production process of tin smelting,analyzes the factors affecting the comprehensive recovery of tin in tin smelting,and puts forward some measures to improve the recovery.
