采选冶一体化项目用电成本的两种划分方式

摘要 项目评价中总成本费用的准确计算对评价结论至关重要。用电成本作为总成本费用中占比较大的组成部分,对项目评价结论影响显著。结合项目评价实践时用电成本计算中存在的具体问题,以赞比亚蒙布瓦铜矿采选冶一体化项目为案例,讨论有色金属采选冶一体化项目如何正确计算用电成本,提出两种分解计算用电成本的方式,并对两种方法定特点、优劣进行比较,提出根据项目不同设计阶段的不同特点及业主要求选择合适的计算方法,希冀对读者有所启迪。 Accurate calculation of total cost in project evaluation is very important for evaluation conclusion.As a large part of the total cost,the cost of electricity has a significant impact on the conclusion of project evaluation.Combining with the project evaluation practices specific problems that exist in the electricity cost calculation,the bandage to Zambia copper mining mineral smelting and integration project as a case,discuss the nonferrous metal mining mineral smelting and how to correctly calculate the cost of electricity integration project,puts forward the way to calculate the cost of electricity,two kinds of decomposition and the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of two methods were compared,put forward according to the different characteristics of different design stages and asked to choose the appropriate calculation method,the owners hope to some inspiration to the reader.
