摘要
从企业文化、不确定性风险、人才战略、安全环保等维度,论述在新时期,资源型企业如何顺应时代要求及趋势,制定适宜的发展战略,进而拥有长久竞争力的路径和方法。思考了现有资源型企业由粗放型向集约型转型升级的第一要务是聚焦企业文化,进行企业文化的转型升级。企业管理者必须习惯于管理各种不确定性,增加确定性因素,减少不确定性风险影响。抓住技工、工程师群体为主的人力资源的这波红利,实现企业战略迭代和发展。牢牢秉持安全促进生产、环保促进生产的原则,进行企业生产经营活动。
From the perspectives of corporate culture,uncertain risk,talent strategy,safety and environmental protection,this paper discusses how resource-based enterprises can adapt to the requirements and trends of the times,formulate appropriate development strategies,and then have the path and method of long-term competitiveness in the new age.The main points are as follows:the first priority of the transformation and upgrading of existing resource-based enterprises from extensive to intensive is to focus on corporate culture and carry out the transformation and upgrading of corporate culture.Enterprise managers must be used to managing all kinds of uncertainty,increasing certainty factors and reducing the impact of uncertainty risks.Grasp the dividend of human resources mainly composed of technicians and engineers to realize the strategic iteration and development of the enterprise.Firmly adhere to the principle of safety promoting production and environmental protection promoting production,and carry out production and operation activities of the enterprise.
