摘要
数控机床的使用对工业生产具有较大影响。在现代化工业建设快速发展的今天,保证工业产品质量是关键,这就要求相关人员在进行机械加工时注意提高机械加工精度,提高数控机床切削控制水平。本文通过阐述数控机床切削控制对机械加工精度的影响,提出数控切削加工三要素,并提出提高数控机床切削控制水平和机械产品加工精度的措施,以使工业产品能符合时代发展需求,促进我国工业生产水平的进步。
The use of CNC machine tools has a great influence on industrial production.Today,with the rapid devel?opment of modern industrial construction,ensuring the quality of industrial products is the key,which requires the relevant personnel to pay attention to improving the machining accuracy and improving the cutting control level of CNC machine tools.This paper expounded the influence of CNC machine tool cutting control on machining accuracy,put forward three elements of CNC machining,and put forward measures to improve the level of CNC machine tool cutting control and machining accuracy of mechanical products,so as to make industrial products meet the needs of the times and promote the progress of China's industrial production level.
