耳垂折痕和代谢综合征相关性的横断面研究

Cross-sectional study on the correlation between earlobe crease and metabolic syndrome

目的探究耳垂折痕(ELC)和代谢综合征(MetS)之间的相关性.方法选取2016年2月至2017年12月在陕西省人民医院及西安交通大学医院门诊及体检中心就诊的受试者3835例为研究对象.3835例受试者中男2163例,女1672例;年龄20~70岁;进行问卷调查,收集受试者血清尿酸、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平等,使用Logistic回归分析耳垂折痕与代谢综合征之间的关系.结果ELC频率为20.89%,MetS的患病率为11.03%;ELC和MetS的患病率随着年龄的增加显著相关.调整心血管疾病传统危险因素后,MetS的风险在ELC中显著增加.结论耳垂折痕(ELC)和代谢综合征(MetS)之间存在明显正相关性,可能成为代谢综合征初步筛查的重要物理体征.

Objective To explore the correlation between earlobe crease(ELC)and metabolic syndrome(MetS)by cross-sectional study.Methods From February 2016 to December 2017,3835 patients(including 2163 men,1672 women)who were admitted to the outpatient and phys-ical examination centers of Shaanxi Province People's Hospital and Xi'an Jiaotong University Hospital were randomly collected.The age of the pa-tients was between 20 to 70 years old.A questionnaire survey was conducted.The regular biochemical indicators were collected,such as serum uric acid,lipids,glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,levels.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between earlobe crease and metabolic syndrome.Results The frequency of ELC was 20.89%,and the prevalence of MetS was 11.03%.The prevalence of ELC and MetS was both signifi-cantly correlated with age.After adjusting for traditional risk factors of cardiovascular disease,the risk of MetS was significantly increased in the presence of ELC.Conclusion There is a significant positive correlation between earlobe crease(ELC)and metabolic syndrome(MetS),which may be an important physical sign for the initial screening of metabolic syndrome.
