延续性护理对宫颈癌微创术后患者自护能力及心理水平的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on self-care ability and psychological level of patients with minimally invasive cervical cancer

目的研究宫颈癌患者实施延续性护理后自护能力及心理水平的影响.方法选择2016年7月至2017年7月58例于本院接受宫颈癌微创术的患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组29例.其中参照组采用常规护理模式,实验组行延续性护理形式,对比两组患者护理前后自护能力评分、心理水平及护理满意度.结果护理前两组患者自护能力评分及心理水平比较差异无统计学意义;实验组自护技能、责任感、自我概念、健康知识等评分均高于参照组;与参照组相比,实验组焦虑水平、抑郁水平均较低;实验组宫颈癌护理满意度(96.55%)与参照组(72.41%)相比较高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过延续性护理形式,能够提升宫颈癌微创术后患者的自护能力,从而提高患者术后心理状态,值得予以临床推广.

Objective To study the effect of self-care ability and psychological level of patients with cervical cancer after continuous nursing. Methods 58 patients who received cervical cancer microsurgery in our hospital were selected and included from July 2016 to July 2017. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. Among them, conventional nurs- ing mode was adopted in the reference group and continuous nursing mode was adopted in the experimental group. The scores of self-care ability, psychological level and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant dif- ference in the scores of self-care ability and psychological level between the two groups. The scores of self-care skills, responsibility, self-concept and health knowledge in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Compared with the control group, the anxiety level and depression level of the experimental group were lower. Cervical cancer nursing satisfaction in the experimental group (96.55%) was higher than that in the control group (72.41%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can im- prove the self-care ability of patients after minimally invasive cervical cancer surgery, and thus improve the postoperative psychological state of pa- tients, which should be promoted in clinical practice.
