摘要 目的对比分析吲哚菁绿荧光成像联合亚甲蓝与纳米炭在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用效果.方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月本院收治的乳腺癌前哨淋巴结患者79例为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为A组(n=39)与B组(n=40).A组采用吲哚菁绿荧光成像联合亚甲蓝活检,B组采用吲哚菁绿荧光成像联合纳米炭活检,比较两组患者活检结果.结果A组、B组活检结果比较差异无统计学意义;患者年龄、体重指数(BMI)对两组活检检出结果影响比较差异无统计学意义.结论吲哚菁绿荧光成像联合亚甲蓝与纳米炭在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中具有相近活检结果,且均操作简单方便,临床应依据患者实际需求以及条件选择合适活检方法. Objective To compare and analyze the effects of phthalocyanine green fluorescence imaging combined with methylene blue and na- no-carbon on sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer. Methods 79 patients with breast cancer sentinel lymph nodes who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into group A (n=39) and group B (n=40) according to the order of admission. Group A was treated with phthalocyanine green fluorescence imaging combined with methylene blue biopsy, group B using phthalocyanine green fluorescence imaging combined with nano-carbon biopsy, the biopsy results of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in bi- opsy results between group A and group B. The difference of age and body mass index (BMI) had no significant effect on the biopsy results of the two groups. Conclusion Phthalocyanine green fluorescence imaging combined with methylene blue and nano-carbon has similar biopsy results in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer, and the operation is simple and convenient. The clinical biopsy method should be selected according to the actual needs and conditions of patients.
