摘要
目的探究64排螺旋CT容积扫描在肺内结节诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用效果.方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的肺内结节患者50例为研究对象,均接受64排螺旋CT容积扫描干预,对其扫描的结果进行分析.结果肺癌、结核球、炎性结节患者,其平扫CT值进行比较,差异无统计学意义;肺癌、结核球、炎性结节患者在对比剂注射后30 s,其CT值均较注射前CT值升高,其中炎性结节对比剂注射后30 s的CT值明显高于肺癌、结核球患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌患者不均匀强化、均匀强化的检出率高于结核球、炎性结节患者,肺结核患者不强化的检出率高于肺癌、炎性结节患者,炎性结节患者的周围强化检出率高于肺癌、结核球患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肺内结节患者在疾病鉴别诊断中实施64排螺旋CT容积扫描干预,可获得较好的效果,可为患者疾病的确诊和治疗提供指导依据.
Objective To explore the application effect of 64-slice spiral CT volume scan in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmo- nary nodules. Methods 50 patients with intrapulmonary nodules from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as research objects, all of whom received 64-slice spiral CT volume scanning intervention, and the results of the scanning were analyzed. Results There was no statistically signifi- cant difference in the plain CT values of patients with lung cancer, tuberculoma and inflammatory nodules. The CT values of patients with lung can- cer, tuberculoma and inflammatory nodules were all increased at 30 s after injection of the contrast agent, and the CT values of patients with inflam- matory nodules after injection were significantly higher than those of patients with lung cancer and tuberculoma, with statistically significant differ- ences (P<0.05). The detection rate of non-uniform enhancement and uniform enhancement in lung cancer patients was higher than that in patients with tuberculoma and inflammatory nodules. The detection rate of non-enhancement in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was higher than that in patients with lung cancer and inflammatory nodules. The detection rate of peripheral enhancement in patients with inflammatory nodules was higher than that in patients with lung cancer and inflammatory nodules, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The interven- tion of 64-slice spiral CT volume scan in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodules can obtain better results, which can provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with pulmonary nodules.
