腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效及其对患者机体免疫反应和应激反应的影响

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy and its effect on immune response and stress response of the patients

目的探究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效及其对患者机体免疫反应和应激反应的影响.方法选取本院2016年5月至2018年10月收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.观察组患者行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组患者行传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,对比分析两组的手术成功率、术后并发症情况、术前术后机体免疫功能指标和应激反应情况.结果观察组患者的手术成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);手术治疗后,观察组患者的各项应激反应均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者机体免疫功能指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论治疗子宫肌瘤采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果更显著,远期效果良好.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and its influence on immune response and stress response of the patients.Methods 80 cases with uterine leiomyoma admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy,while patients in the control group underwent traditional open myomectomy.The success rate,complications,immune function index and stress response of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The success rate of operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After the operation,the stress reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The immune function indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy is more effective in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,and its long-term effect is good.
