观察阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷与单药阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死的效果

Observation on the effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel and single-agent aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨对急性脑梗死实施阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗的临床疗效.方法选取2016年12月至2018年5月内本院神经内科接收的急性脑梗死患者60例作为研究对象,按照药物治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片单药治疗,观察组给予阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗;分析两组临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能损害和神经功能状态改善情况以及生活质量.结果对照组总有效率为80.0%,观察组为96.6%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组GCS(7.00±0.22)分、神经功能状态(8.22±0.14)分,各指标评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组躯体(83.25±5.44)分、情感(85.12±3.44)分、社会(75.44±5.36)分、整体健康(88.22±5.36)分,生活质量各指标评分明显较对照组高(P<0.05).结论对急性脑梗死实施阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗临床疗效较好,安全性较高,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ce- rebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction received by our Department of Neurology from December 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled as baseline data. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. In the control group, aspirin enteric-coated tablets were treated with monotherapy. The observation group received aspirin enter- ic-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel. The clinical efficacy, neurological damage and neurological status improvement and quality of life be- fore and after treatment were compared. Results The efficacy of the control group was 80.0%, and that of the observation group was 96.6%. The ef- fect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the GCS (7.00±0.22) and neurological status (8.22±0.14) were observed. The scores of each index were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The body was(83.25±5.44), emo- tion was(85.12±3.44), society was(75.44±5.36), overall health was(88.22±5.36) in the observation group, The scores of quality life of each index were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is worthy of clinical promotion.
