活血化瘀类中药抗血小板的作用机制研究进展

研究表明,在血栓性疾病防治方面,中药制剂、活血化瘀类中药和有效成分能够聚集抗血小板.另外,中药能够通过干预血小板形成,防止血栓形成,但目前对于干预机制尚未明确.本文简要概述了活血化瘀类中药抗血小板的作用原理,旨在为血栓类疾病的治疗提供有效的理论依据,提高治疗的有效性.

Studies have shown that in the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and active ingredients can aggregate anti-platelets. In addition, Chinese medi- cine can prevent thrombosis by interfering with platelet formation, but the intervention mechanism is not yet clear. This article briefly summarizes the anti-platelet principle of Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, aiming to provide an effective theoretical basis for the treatment of thrombotic diseases and improve the effectiveness of treatment.
