摘要
本试验研究通过引进番茄、茄子种质资源材料的后代分离,进行定向选择,利用鉴定出的含有不同抗性基因的性状优良的种质资源材料与优良自交系(骨干亲本)杂交,通过分子标记辅助选择和田间鉴定将不同抗性基因聚合于同一杂交后代中,之后通过自交或回交方法,选育出品质优、产量高、配合力强、具有多个抗(耐)性基因的自交系。
In this experiment,the offspring of introduced tomato and Eggplant Germplasm resources were separated,and directional selection was carried out.The identified germplasm resources with different resistance genes were crossed with good inbred lines(backbone parents).Through molecular marker assisted selection and field identification,the different resistance genes were aggregated to one another in the same hybrid progeny,the inbred lines with high quality and high yield,strong combining ability and multiple resistance genes were selected by self-crossing or backcrossing.
