慢性萎缩性胃炎的消化内科临床规范治疗效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Clinical Standard Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis in Department of Digestive Medicine

目的:研究慢性萎缩性胃炎采用消化内科临床规范治疗的效果,为后期临床治疗该疾病提供依据。方法:以我院于2016年9月~2019年9月期间收治的68例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,依据病例单双号随机分为研究组和对照组,两组患者数量均为34例,对照组患者实施慢性萎缩性胃炎常规基础治疗方案,研究组患者实施消化内科临床规范化治疗,研究比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:临床治疗总有效率指标比较,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。幽门螺杆菌转阴率及治疗后6个月复发率指标比较,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用消化内科临床规范治疗效果显著,可提高幽门螺杆菌转阴率,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of clinical standard treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by digestive department,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in the later stage.Methods:68 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were randomly divided into study group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The patients in the control group were treated with routine basic treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and the patients in the study group were treated with clinical standardized treatment in digestive department,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were studied and compared.Results:The index of total effective rate of clinical treatment was compared and studied.It was higher in the inquiry group than in the control group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of HP and the recurrence rate at 6 months after treatment in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical standard treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is effective,which can improve the negative conversion rate of HP and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
