急性心力衰竭的重症护理干预措施研究

Study on Intensive Care Intervention for Acute Heart Failure

目的:阐述急性心力衰竭患者辅以重症护理干预的具体方法及临床效果。方法:2018年7月起至2019年7月选择我院收治急性心力衰竭患者102例,随机分组,对照组常规护理,观察组重症护理,评估两组护理效果。结果:观察组总疗效相较对照组更佳(P<0.05),同时观察组患者各项心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性心力衰竭患者辅以重症护理干预效果确切,可改善患者心功能,提高生存质量,提倡应用。

Objective:To explain the specific methods and clinical effects of patients with acute heart failure supplemented with intensive care intervention.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,102 patients with acute heart failure were enrolled in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received intensive care to evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The total efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with acute heart failure are supplemented with intensive care interventions,which can improve the heart function,improve the quality of life and promote the application.
