摘要
目的:对整体护理在脊柱结核围术期的价值进行探讨。方法:选取55例于2018年6月到2019年6月间收治的手术治疗脊柱结核患者进行研究,根据入院次序分成对照组和观察组,分别实施常规护理和整体护理,进行两组护理成效的比较。结果:观察组的满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在脊柱结核患者围术期实施整体护理,可促进满意度的提升,推广应用价值高。
Objective:To explore the value of holistic nursing in the perioperative period of spinal tuberculosis.Methods:55 patients with spinal tuberculosis treated by surgery from June 2018 to June 2019 were studied.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,routine nursing and holistic nursing were carried out respectively,and two groups of nursing outcomes were compared.Results:The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in patients with spinal tuberculosis can promote the improvement of satisfaction and its application value.
