摘要
通过重塑和改善轨道交通站点区域既有空间环境,使TOD效能得以充分发挥,对实现城市内涵式发展具有重要意义。然而,关于TOD的已有研究大多关注其效能的某一特定层面,对不同效能及影响因素的综合性梳理鲜有关注,并且不同研究对于效能指标与影响因素的探讨也存在显著差异。文章试图对已有的关于TOD效能的实证性研究进行系统性分析,探寻TOD效能及其影响因素的一般性规律。同时,采用网络分析法,全面考察了TOD具体效能指标及其不同影响要素之间的关联特征,进而揭示出影响TOD效能的不同要素之间存在的组群关系及关键指标。最后,探讨了TOD效能影响的一般性规律对轨道交通站点区域优化建设的启示。
Improving the built environment of rail transit station areas is imperative to enhancing the performance of Transitoriented Development(TOD)and regeneration of a city.However,current studies of TOD performance are rarely systematic,and their results are varied.This article attempts to conduct a systematic review of the empirical studies on TOD performance in order to explore the general rules of TOD performance and its influencing factors.Based on social network analysis method,this paper comprehensively examined the correlation characteristics between TOD specific performance indicators and their different influencing factors.The results reveal the cluster characteristics of factors influencing TOD and identify the key indicators,both of which shed new light on urban design for improving environment of rail transit station areas in Chinese cities.
