资源获取是组织机构赖以生存发展的基本需要和基本能力。组织机构的资源获取模式因机构自身的组织目标、技术条件、制度设计以及组织面临的发展环境的不同,而呈现出阶段性特征和发展性特征。智慧社会中资源要素的生长、流动与集聚以及人的资源获取心理、行为方式的变化对组织机构的资源获取模式产生影响。在资源系统理论指导下,智慧社会中社会工作组织资源获取模式的建构,应根据不同组织制度与不同发展阶段作出合适选择。

Resource acquisition is the basic need and ability for an organization to survive and develop.The resource acquisition mode of an organization presents different characteristics in different stages of its development due to its own organizational objectives,technical conditions,system design and the development environment.The growth,flow and agglomeration of resource elements as well as the change of the resource acquisition psychology and behavior of mankind in intelligent society have generated an impact on the resource acquisition mode of organizations.As a result,the construction of the resource acquisition mode of social work organizations in intelligent society under the guidance of resource system theory should be based on different organizational systems and different stages of development.
