政府采购商业保险的实践及启示——以2018年青岛市在政府采购网发布的保险项目信息为例

Practice and Enlightenment of Government Procurement of Commercial insurance, taking the Program Information of Insurance Issued on the Government Procurement Network of Qingdao

青岛是我国经济相对发达地区。一段时期以来,青岛市各级政府在国家和山东省相关政策引导下,积极引进商业保险参与社会治理,并取得了一些成绩,有些方面已经走在全国前列。本文拟通过对2018年青岛市政府发布的商业保险采购项目进行归纳分析,找到现阶段政府采购商业保险发展的方向,并依据项目运作相关实践经验和启示,给出保险机构加强与政府业务合作的相关建议,以加快其政府合作业务发展,更多地为和谐社会建设做贡献。

Qingdao is a relatively developed city in China.For a period of time,under the guidance of the relevant policies of our country and Shandong province,Qingdao municipal governments at all levels have actively introduced commercial insurance to participate in social governance,and have made some achievements,some of which have been in the forefront of our country.Based on the summary and analysis of commercial insurance procurement projects issued by Qingdao Municipal Government in 2018,this paper tries to find out the direction of the development of commercial insurance in government procurement at the present stage.According to the practical experience and enlightenment of project operation,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for insurance institutions to strengthen cooperation with the government,so as to accelerate the development of their government cooperation business and make more contributions to the construction of a harmonious society.
