大豆价格“保险+期货”试点的成功与创新——黑龙江省绥滨县的实证调查

“保险+期货”作为一种创新模式,已经对我国金融市场支持“三农”发展和服务农业供给侧结构性改革产生了重要的影响,对于推动我国的农业市场化改革和服务国家脱贫攻坚战具有重要意义。但由于国内保险期货市场相对不成熟等多种原因,导致“保险+期货”试点模式在运行和发展时面临着诸多挑战。本文以黑龙江省绥滨县大豆价格“保险+期货”试点发展为例,先对黑龙江省绥滨县大豆价格“保险+期货”试点发展现状简单阐述,其次就试点发展中存在的模式不成熟等问题进行分析,并根据出现的问题提供出完善优化“保险+期货”试点模式等建议,以期促进黑龙江省绥滨县大豆价格“保险+期货”试点项目的良性发展。

As an innovative model,the pilot model of"Insurance Plus Futures"has an important impact on China's financial market exploration,supporting the development of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and serving the structural reform of agricultural supply side.It is of great significance to promote the reform of agricultural market liberalization in China and to serve the country's struggle against poverty.However,due to the relative immaturity of the domestic insurance futures market and other reasons,the pilot model of"Insurance Plus Futures"is facing many challenges in its operation and development.Taking the pilot development of soybean price"Insurance Plus Futures"in Suibin County of Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper first briefly expounds the current situation of the pilot development of soybean price"Insurance Plus Futures"in Suibin County of Heilongjiang Province.Then the existing problems such as the immaturity of models in the development are analyzed,and some suggestions are proposed to improve the pattern of"Insurance Plus Futures"to promote a benign development of pilot project.
