摘要
近年来,国家鼓励大学生创业的同时,更重视大学生到基层服务。2017年召开的教育工作会议以后,《关于进一步引导和鼓励高校毕业生到基层工作的意见》全面启动实施。但是,受基层经济发展和工作环境等因素制约,大学毕业生大都选择留在城市工作,导致基层人才严重匮乏,无法满足基层发展的需要。为准确把握湖南长沙地区高等院校大学生基层服务就业现状,特进行实证调研分析,探讨其形成原因、存在的问题及影响因素,并针对基层服务提出思路和解决对策。
In recent years,business startups and innovation of college students are encouraged.Meanwhile,more attention is paid to the service at the primary level.In 2017,Opinions on Further Guiding and Encouraging the Employment of College Graduates at the Primary Level were launched and fully implemented.However,due to the relative backwardness of economic development,poor working environment and other factors at the primary level,most of college graduates,who lack a sense of primary service,choose to work in the city.As a result,this caused difficulties in development of primary units and serious shortage of talents,which is unable to meet the needs of community development.In order to accurately grasp the college graduates employment situation at the primary level in Changsha,Hunan,this paper conducts an empirical research to discuss the causes,existing problems and influencing factors,and puts forward some suggestions.
