关于高职院校教学督导的几点思考

任何系统之良性运行除了需要从业者的社会责任心、工作能力担当之外,监管作用也是不可或缺的。在高职教育的教学管理中,公正、高效、循环的教学督导是唤醒教师责任心、深化教学改革,提高教学质量、优化教学管理的有力保障。建立系统完善的教学督导体系,使教学督导在高职院校教学工作中发挥引领、指导、决策、检查、评价、反馈等作用,形成良性循环,对高职教育的稳健发展有重要意义。
