摘要
通过工程教育认证,更好培养工科人才。结合研究教学型大学的办学条件,我们在创新专业教学知识模式、实践教学模式、"传帮带"学长制等方面进行了改革与探索,构建具有综合素养的制药工程专业人才的培养模式。
We can better cultivate engineering talents after getting engineering and education certification.Combining with the conditions of research&teaching-oriented university,we have carried out some reforms and explorations in expanding and deepening professional knowledge model,innovating practical training model,and senior-helping system.We constructed a talent cultivation model for pharmaceutical engineering professionals with comprehensive quality.
