摘要
工程训练是给大学生以工程实践的教育、工业制造的了解、工业文化的体验,是培养学生实践能力和创新意识的重要教育环节,更新工程训练体系成为新工科建设的重要内容。文章在分析选择工程训练体系建设作为新工科改革试点必要性的基础之上,对标新工科建设要求,构建了训练平台校企融合、训练内容多学科融合、训练对象多专业融合、训练环境虚实融合、训练指导"双师"融合的"五融合"新工科工程训练体系,最后讨论了新工科工程训练体系实践中存在的问题及对策。
Engineering training is the education of engineering practice for college students,the understanding of industrial manufacturing and the experience of industrial culture.It is an important educational link to cultivate students’ practical ability and innovative consciousness.Renewing engineering training system has become an important part of the construction of new subjects.Based on the analysis of the necessity of choosing the construction of engineering training system as a pilot project of new discipline reform,this paper sets up a "five integration" new discipline engineering training system which integrates training platform,school-enterprise integration,multi-disciplinary integration of training content,multi-professional integration of training objects,virtual and real integration of training environment and training guidance of "double-division" integration.Practice has been carried out in the upgrading class of intelligent manufacturing engineering ability of new subjects,and some results have been achieved.Finally,the existing problems and Countermeasures in the practice of engineering training system for new disciplines are discussed.
