在近十年的应用型高校机械类专业教学改革研究与实践的基础上,文章借鉴企业核心能力理论,明确提出了机械类专业应用型人才核心能力的内涵,并深入探析了机械类专业应用型人才核心能力的特征。

On this basis of research and practice on the teaching reform of mechanical specialty for nearly ten years in application-oriented university and referring to the theory of enterprise core competence,this paper has clearly put forward the connotation of the core competence of applied talents in mechanical specialty,and deeply explores the main characteristics of the core competence of mechanical professional applied talents.
