摘要
党的十九大报告中提出要建设知识型、技能型和创新型劳动者大军,弘扬劳模精神和工匠精神,高职学校从各个方面加强工匠精神培养,培养学生爱岗敬业、精益求精、协作共进和追求卓越的精神。其中,高职社团建设是其中必要的组成部分。文章就高职社团的现状、作用以及如何发挥社团功能培养工匠精神进行了阐述。
In the report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC,it was proposed to build an army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers and carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen.Vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit from all aspects,and cultivate the spirit of students to love their jobs,keep improving,cooperate and pursue excellence.The construction of higher vocational students clubs is a necessary and important part.This paper expounds the present situation,function and how to bring into play the function of the clubs to cultivate craftsmanship spirit.
