青岛潮间带大型海藻重金属含量特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 研究调查了青岛潮间带大型海藻重金属含量并进行了富集分析。研究表明,青岛潮间带9种大型海藻生物中重金属含量差异较大,Cu、Zn和Cd的最高值出现在海带中,Pb、Cr和As的最高值出现在鼠尾藻中,Hg的最高值出现在珊瑚藻中;不同海藻对不同重金属富集能力有差异,综合富集能力由强到弱的顺序为鼠尾藻>石花菜>海带>珊瑚藻>鸡毛藻>孔石莼>裙带菜>肠浒苔>亮管藻,海带可以用于Cu、Cd的生态修复,鼠尾藻可以用于Pb、As和Cr的生态修复。 The contents of heavy metals in macroalgae from Qingdao intertidal zone were investigated and analyzed.Research found that the contents of heavy metals in 9 macroalgae were significantly different.The highest values of Cu,Zn and Cd were found in Saccharina japonica,the highest values of Pb,Cr and As were found in Sargassum thunbergii,and the highest value of Hg was found in Corallina officinalis.Algae showed different heavy metal enrichment ability and the comprehensive enrichment ability from strong to weak order was:Sargassum thunbergii>Gelidium vagum>Saccharina japonica>Corallina officinalis>Pterocladia tenuis>Ulva pertusa>Undaria pinnatifida>Enteromorpha intestinalis>Hyalosiphonia caespitosa.Saccharina japonica could be used in the ecological restoration of Cu and Cd.Sargassum thunbergii could be used in the ecological restoration of Pb,As and Cr.
