地方高校国际化教学中建筑类专业团队建设的研究

Research on the Construction of Architectural Professional Team in the Internationalization Teaching of Local Colleges and Universities

以培养留学生为目标的国际化教学由于教学对象以及教学环境的特殊性,其专业团队的建设具有一定的难度。文章以地方高校为切入点,从中国高校普遍面临的问题入手,就在国际化教学中如何建设建筑类课程的专业教学团队提出具体的优化方法与途径,并希冀能以此提高学生的学习质量,提升教师的整体素养,推动学科及专业建设。

Due to the particularity of the target students and the teaching environment,the construction of the teaching team in higher educational internationalization aimed at cultivating international students is difficult.Starting with the problems that Chinese colleges and universities generally face,this paper takes local colleges as the pointcut,and puts forward specific optimization methods and approaches on how to build the teaching team of architectural courses in international education.It is hoped that this will improve the level of students'learning and enhance the overall attainment of teachers and promote the construction of discipline and specialty.
