精准扶贫背景下的扶贫策略研究与方法创新——以金堂县白果湾村扶贫规划为例

Poverty Alleviation Strategy Research and Method Innovation under the Background of Precision Poverty Alleviation——Take the Poverty Alleviation Plan of Baiguowan Village in Jintang County as an Example

2016年来,成都市提出了两年脱贫攻坚、三年巩固提升、五年高标准全面小康的精准扶贫三步走总体目标,明确了推进到村、到户的精准扶贫工作重点。文章以金堂县白果湾村为扶贫规划的研究对象,针对性地提出了村庄发展规划策略及精准扶贫实施计划,在扶贫方法上进行了行之有效的创新探索。

Since 2016,Chengdu has put forward three overall goals:two years of poverty alleviation,three years of consolidation and upgrading,and five years of high standards of comprehensive well-off,precise poverty alleviation.The focus of precise poverty alleviation work has been clearly defined.Taking Baiguowan Village in Jintang County as the research object of poverty alleviation planning,this paper puts forward the strategy of village development planning and the precise poverty alleviation implementation plan,and makes effective innovative exploration in poverty alleviation methods.
