摘要
西安市保障性住房空间布局现状“外紧内松”,职住失衡,自2017年落户政策执行以来人口激增,保障性住房需求量随之猛增。文章通过对现有理论及实践的总结,明确保障性住房的合理配置可与城市更新改造相结合,链接城中村、老旧社区和城市中心区商业进行实体改造;以城中村改造为例,提出三种典型区位类型的改造模式,并以铁炉庙村更新改造为例,展示保障性住房在城中村改造中的置入方式。
The spatial distribution of affordable housing in Xi'an is"tight in the outside but loose in the inside",and the employment and housing are unbalanced.Since the implementation of the household registration policy in 2017,the population has surged,and the demand for affordable housing has soared accordingly.Based on the summary of existing theories and practices,it is clear that the reasonable allocation of affordable housing can be combined with urban renewal and reconstruction to link urban villages,old communities and the transformation of commercial entities in urban central areas.Taking the reconstruction of urban villages as an example,this paper puts forward three transformation modes of typical location types,and takes the reconstruction of Tielu temple village as an example to demonstrate the placement mode of low-income housing in the reconstruction of urban villages.
