高层建筑“空中街道”的城市价值及其设计倾向研究

Study on the Urban Value and Design Tendency of Aerial Streets in Hugh-rise Buildings

高层建筑空中街道的出现似乎能缓解高层建筑切断城市文脉、脱离城市语境而形成空中孤岛等弊病,这使得高层建筑能够找到更多种与城市对话的方式,空中街道的水平向发展也带来高层建筑类型上的突破。正因如此,近年来具有空中街道的高层建筑日益增多。文章从高层建筑空中街道这一现象出发,梳理与之相关的社会驱动力。通过对案例进行分析和研究,提出高层建筑空中街道给城市所带来的效益以及未来可能会出现的设计倾向,并从功能、空间、场所等建筑学层面对其设计手法进行探讨。

The emergence of aerial street in the high-rise buildings seems to alleviate the problems of skyscrapers,such as cutting of the urban context,divorcing from the monolithic environment and forming isolated islands in the city.It enables high-rise buildings to come up with more ways to have dialogue with cites.The horizontal development of high-rise buildings also makes breakthroughs in the type.For this reason,the numbers of high-rise buildings that have aerial street is growing in recent years.Starting from this phenomenon,this paper combs the relevant social diving forces.Through the analysis and study of various cases,the paper puts forward the benefits brought to the city by aerial street of high-rise buildings and the design tendency that may appear in the future,and discusses the design methods from the architectural level of function,space,place and so on.
