社区营造模式下的社区户外空间适老化更新——以台湾地区新北市正德里友善巷弄营造为例

The Elderly-oriented Community Outdoor Space Reform under the Mode of Community Empowerment——A Case Experience of Taiwan Xinbei City Zhengde Friendly Alley Reformation

文章分析社区户外空间适老化更新研究与实践的现状并提出问题。借鉴台湾地区经验,从社区营造的视角归纳社区户外空间适老化更新的“启动—发掘—憧憬—计划—执行—反馈”六个步骤,提出针对老年人身心需求的设计策略、灵活多样的沟通途径和发挥长者优势的社区参与三个要点,并以作者参与的新北市正德友善巷弄的营造设计与实践为例,阐述社区户外空间适老化的社区营造过程。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the research and practice of community outdoor space suitable for elderly-oriented reformation and puts forward some questions.Based on the experience of Taiwan and from the perspective of community empowerment,this paper concludes six steps of"start—excavation—imagine—plan—execution—feedback"and puts forward 3 key points:design strategies for the physical and mental needs of the elderly,flexible and diverse communication channels and community participation that leverages the strengths of the elderly.Finally,the article takes the design and practice of Zhengde Friendly Alley reformation in Xinbei City that the author participated in as an example to illustrate the community empowerment process of the elderly-oriented reformation of the community's outdoor space.
